The many years of professional experience do create the foundation for the continuous development of my personality and my approach. With passion, critical self-reflection and an iterative process, I am always working to meet the highest standards of my profession.
My fist 8 years at a freelance agency gave me the opportunity to gain insight into versatile industrial manufacturing processes and design solutions simply because of the project plurality. A cross-sectoral fertilisation through our input has often already freed our clients from "blinkered thinking".
At the global company Britax Römer, I was able to prove and develop my leadership skills. First in the function of the Manager of the Design Center with responsibility for Industrial Design, Soft Good Design and the Cut & Sew department connected to it. Now, as the Director of the Global Design Center all those responsibilities where extended for all regions.

The center of my live is my family. I will be happy as an old man to look back not having missed the biggest task and adventure that life offers. The center of the family is my wife Janina, a confident Wound Manager with striking organisation talent. Jonas is an 13 year old soccer enthusiast and my eleven year old daughter Amelie is a sunshine - if everything is to her taste.
