International Lead

Leading corporate divisions with teams from Europe, USA, China & Australia executing Industrial Design & Soft Good Design was one coordinating task. But in order to manage the huge workload without extending SG&A, design suppliers needed to be coordinated in Inda, France & China - not at least to hit cost target in development.
